TAKE A DEEP BREATH
Today's reading: Psalm 149-150

"Let everything that lives sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord!" Psalm 150:6 NLT

Where you're sitting, yes, right there where you are, take in a deep breath. Slowly exhale. Now do it again.

Can you feel your lungs fill? Your chest rise? As you push the breath out, do you feel emptied?

You are now qualified.

Qualified?

Yes, qualified. Qualified to be praising our Lord! Breathing is a sign of life. Life is a prerequisite of praise--for and to the One who gives all life.

Nothing exempts you but death. But in all reality, death will only bring about eternal life and eternal praise, now doesn't it?
