BUT NOT AS MUCH

"He did what was evil in the Lord's sight, but not as much as the kings of Israel who ruled before him." 2 Kings 17:2 NLT

...but not as much...

This king stunk at being a king. But not as much as his predecessors.

Would that assure you? Make you feel better? Pat you on the back?

Isn't that what you're telling yourself?

Your sins are many...but not as many as 'hers'.

Your sins are bad...but not as bad as 'his'.

Your sins are smelly and decaying...but not as bad as 'theirs'.

Your sins required a Savior...but not as much as the ones in the heart of 'the least of these'.

Does that make you feel better?
