HOWEVER YOU CAN
Today's reading:  Proverbs 17-18

"The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the godly run to him and are safe."  Proverbs 18:10 NLT

Might I take liberties with this verse?

Too many think they must be strong to be a Christian.  They think they must be able to accomplish big things, give up everything that tempts them and live perfectly.

Nothing could be farther from the truth!

If you cannot run to the Lord, jog.

If you cannot jog to the Lord, walk.

If you cannot walk, crawl.

If you cannot crawl, drag yourself.

If you cannot drag yourself, call up some friends to help you get there.

It's not how you come to Him, it's that you come!
