MONDAY, MONDAY

Today's reading: Isaiah 51-55

"For I am the Lord your God, who stirs up the sea, causing its waves to roar. My name is the Lord Almighty. And I have put my words in your mouth and hidden you safely within my hand. I set all the stars in space and established the earth. I am the one who says to Israel, You are mine!" Isaiah 51:15-16 NLT

I'm not sure of your opinion of Mondays, but I love them!

I am pumped up from yesterday's worship...

My spiritual tank has been refilled...

I have received encouragement from Christian brothers and sisters...

I have heard the Word of the Lord spoken over me...

I have gotten to sing some of my favorite worship songs with friends and family...

I am ready for the week ahead!

And if what I received yesterday wasn't enough, God speaks to me this morning through His Word.

He tells me He is mine.

He reminds me of His immense power and creativity.

He has assured me that He is with me and that His words are in my heart.

He has brought it to my attention the power He holds.

And He has called me His!

Watch out week, I'm coming for you!
