SLOW LEARNERS
Today's reading: Ezekiel 25-30

Repeated throughout today's reading is the phrase, 'Then they will know that I am Lord'.

What all does it take to realize His sovereignty?

For some, as stated in Ezekiel, it took war, bloodshed and enemy armies.

For others it takes life-changing diagnosis or news.

For some it's new life, creation or a second chance.

Success. Failure. Health. Sickness. Friendship. Solitude. A near-miss. Blessing. Catastrophe. Fear. Peace.

God takes different routes to teach us what it is He needs us to know.

We're all slow learners in need of a patient Teacher.
