WHAT'S FREEDOM?
Today's reading:  Proverbs 8-9

What's freedom?

I believe I've found a definition that touches my heart on this Independence Day...

"Those who love me inherit wealth, for I fill their treasuries."  Proverbs 8:21 NLT

Freedom is being indebted to a Savior, but honored to serve Him in any and every way.

Freedom is having His limitless power, abilities and resources at our disposal, but using those gifts to further His kingdom.

Freedom is having no boundaries set on how much we are loved, how graciously we are saved and how generously we are forgiven.

Freedom is having a treasury filled with God.  No one can take Him from us, none but Him has given us this gift and it's an eternal peace about all He has planned for us.
