HE DID IT ALL FOR ME
Today's reading:  Mark 15-16

"Then they nailed him to the cross..." Mark 15:24 NLT

They, the centurions, are credited with the actual duty of nailing my Savior to the cross, but they weren't the ones who did it.

Had it been physically possible, Jesus would have done it himself--He loves me that much!

He had chance after chance to bow out, give up or change His mind.  But He didn't.

He knew enough about me, my sins, my stinking attitudes and my ungratefulness that He could have written in Scripture that He was doing it for everyone, except me, but He didn't.  He included me in 'the world'.

He did it all for me.  When He shouldn't have.  When He wasn't expected to.  When there had to be an easier way for me.  When I could've been left to what I deserved, but He didn't!
