GO TELL IT
Today's reading:  1 Thessalonians 1-3

"For we speak as messengers who have been approved by God to be entrusted with the Good News.  Our purpose is to please God, not people.  He is the one who examines the motives of our hearts."  1 Thessalonians 2:4 NLT

Are we speaking out?  Telling it on the mountain?  Shouting it everywhere we go?

Well, are we?

We're doing the deeds, but are we speaking the Truth?

We're serving in our churches, but are we telling our neighbors?

We're giving so that the orphans will not go hungry, but are we feeding our own children with God's Word?

We're entertaining the youth that step foot inside our churches, but are we filling their hearts with Scripture?

We're attending the services, but are we taking what we hear out into the highways and byways?

We've been approved as messengers--are we presenting the message, or just doing busy-work?
