THE LORD'S HELP
Today's reading: Joshua 21-22

"...None of their enemies could stand against them, for the Lord helped them conquer all their enemies." Joshua 21:44 NLT

We have dear friends heading out this morning for the first few steps in the medical fight of their lives.

They have, according to their team of doctors, a very tough road ahead of them.

They will encounter some hard days in the weeks ahead as his body adjusts to the process God has allowed the medical community to discover and tweak in an effort to ease his condition.

He will be poked, prodded, drained, depleted, injected and exhausted.

And he is going to win.

The enemy will try to keep him down, but he won't be able to because his strength doesn't come from the enemy.

The enemy will attempt to destroy him, but he can't because his hope never has, and never will, come from the enemy.

The enemy will try to discourage him when ever he can, but he won't do it because this friend of mine knows the enemy's tricks and is well aware that the enemy is a big, fat liar.

The enemy cannot stand against this friend of mine.

The enemy cannot stand against me.

The enemy cannot, if are a child of the Most High God, stand against you, either!
