A NEW YEAR
Today's reading:  Psalm 1-2

"For the Lord watches over the path of the godly,.."  Psalm 1:6 NLT

None of us know what the new year holds in store for us.  We anticipate great things.  We have some wonderful plans made.  We expect health, happiness and blessings.

But we do not know how those things will look, feel or impact our lives.

That unknown could very easily keep us locked up inside our homes, hidden under our covers--if it weren't for our faith in God.

God knows.

He can be counted on to hold our hands, walk beside us, carry our burdened hearts or stop and let us cry it out, whatever this year brings.

That's hope for a new year, wouldn't you agree?
