WHAT CAN THEY DO?
Today's reading: 2 Chronicles 25-28

"This made the Lord very angry, and he sent a prophet to ask, Why have you worshiped gods who could not even save their own people from you?" 2 Chronicles 25:15 NLT

What can gods do for you?

Look around, or look in to your own life...

Are gods helping in any way, shape or fashion?

Have the gods provided you with a single thing?

Did the gods you can hold in your hands create you, form you, place a beating heart inside you within a few days of your conception?

Do you notice anything they do for the ones you watch worshiping them?

I'm asking God this morning to reveal to me the gods I have placed on altars of my life. The things I am worshiping. The things I'm trusting in. The ideas or notions I have placed in more important spots in my heart and mind than God.
