WHEN I AM FINISHED

Today's reading: Exodus 13-16

"When I am finished with Pharoah and his army, all Egypt will know that I am the Lord!" Exodus 14:18 NLT

Friend, when God chooses to make Himself seen--everyone will see Him!

In the case of the Egyptians, there is no doubt that by the end of the Israelites' stay with them, they had seen the hand of God in their midst.

From frogs, to gnats, to hailstones, to darkness, to water that was turned into blood, to a Death Angel passing over the land--God made Himself very evident.

And now, in Exodus 14, God appears again as He allows His people to cross safely through the middle of the Red Sea on dry land!

The Egyptians, those who were left alive, certainly had something to talk about.

The same is true for the situation you find yourself in today.

As hard as it might seem...

As tough as it is...

As surely as you'd like to be done with it...

As scary as it might be...

If you look, child of God, you will see Him in it and you will know He is the Lord.

And not only will you know--those around you, even the unbelieving, will know that God has appeared.
