AUTHORITY

Today's reading: Luke 3-4

"There, too, the people were amazed at the things he said, because he spoke with authority." Luke 4:32 NLT

What areas of your life are you amazed that there, too, God has authority?

Sure, we assign Him the spiritual realm.

Physically we tend to lean on Him when our body misfires and we need His healing touch.

Sometimes, emotionally we lean on our Comforter, lean into His peace, appreciate His joy.

How about mentally?

When our thoughts override our faith, doubt crowds, questions rise up...

When the facts clearly point to a big problem, bigger possibly than He can handle...

When unforgiveness takes root in our heads and hurts are replayed again and again and again...

He has authority over all things, all parts of us, all there is to the workings that make us, well, us.

Give it all to the One who has authority over it all!
