REWARDED FOR OUR WORK
Today's reading: Proverbs 27-29

"Workers who tend a fig tree are allowed to eat its fruit. In the same way, workers who protect their employer's interests will be rewarded." Proverbs 27:18 NLT

I am so glad God doesn't choose to wait to reward us in full when we get to heaven!

He gives us tastes of wonderful each and every day.

He allows blessings to trickle, shower and sometimes pour into our lives like summer rains.

Just when we need them.

In ways that remind us He is still in control.

In subtle gifts to our souls.

He allows His workers to feast on His bounty...here and now while we wait for our grand reward!
