ALL GLORY
Today's reading:  Jude

"All glory to him, who alone is God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Yes, glory, majesty, power and authority belong to him, in the beginning and forevermore.  Amen."  Jude 25 NLT

The churches will be decked out in greenery with the trees sparkling with lights.

The congregants will sport their finest red and green.

The visitors will cram into the pews for their one out of two Sundays this year.

The kids will be wearing their best, and itchiest, Christmas-y attire.

The choirs will be tuned up and ready to praise.

The plays will go off with few if any hitches or hiccups.

The red-suited man will visit many a house of God.

The house of God.

May we not forget as we gather this Lord's Day before the celebration of His birth that it is all about Him.

May all glory be to Him alone!
