CONSIDERATE
Today's reading: Philippians 1-4
"Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon." Philippians 4:5 NLT
What kind of difference might it make in your sphere of influence if you were considerate in all you did?
Kind in all your actions?
Nice in all your dealings?
Thought of others first in all your reactions?
Here's what I believe would happen...
People would notice.
Really notice!
Even if you are a nice person, they would notice a 'stepping up' of niceness.
Folks pay attention to these things.
It catches them off guard. They sometimes don't know what to do in response to nice things being done for them. They stop in their tracks to take note of it.
But its in those times, those moments when you have their attention--you have the opportunity to plant a seed of godliness.
You might not share the Gospel with them, but you very well might leave the door open a crack for the next Christian who can.
Because--Jesus is coming soon!
