DISTURBED
Today's reading:  Proverbs 10

"The godly will never be disturbed, but the wicked will be removed from their land."  Proverbs 10:30 NLT

I thought I knew the definition of 'disturb'.  That is, I thought I did, until I looked it up in the dictionary.

To disturb means to interfere or to destroy the tranquility and composure.

So as Christians, are we to believe nothing that comes our way in life is an interference or has any effect on our peace?

I believe that's correct, if God filters everything, every circumstance, between His fingers before it ever reaches us.

I believe that's correct, if God is our peace.

I believe that's correct, if we believe all things in this life have been orchestrated by our Creator.

Nothing surprises God. 

Nothing, nothing in all this world, can upset His plans.

"The godly will never be disturbed..." is that a truth I am living out on a daily basis?
