FLAWLESS
Today`s reading: Psalm 12-14

``And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times over.`` Psalm 12:6 NIV

Absolutely nothing I know of is flawless.

Without blemish. Without a seam. Without scar. Without imperfection. Without room for improvement or correction. Without defect.

Nothing in nature. Nothing in the greatest saint I know. Certainly nothing in myself.

And yet I grasp with both hands, my whole heart and the very core of my being this truth about God`s words.

Flawless.

Needing nothing to complete it, verify it or amend it. Needing no support. Solidly perfect. Unchanging. A trustworthy base.

I have nothing of value except for the belief that I am trusting in, attempting to live by and proclaiming with enthusiasm these perfect words of His. These life changing words of His. These soul saving words of His. These timeless words of His. These cannot keep from sharing words of His.

And my imperfect attempts do nothing to their flawlessness. Praise God!
