COMPLETE REST

In reading about the requirements God set aside for the holy days the Israelites would celebrate...

I'm thinking over yesterday.

My day of rest.

My Sabbath.

Did I, for one day of my week, lay it all down and rest in Him? Did I put aside tasks and jobs in order to worship Him? Was my mind focused on Him and not on my to-do list? Did He hear my heart and not my wish list?

A complete day of rest.

He knew how good that would sound to our busy-bodies.
