PROVIDING FOR THEIR NEEDS

Today's reading: Acts 27-28

"The next day when we docked at Sidon, Julius was very kind to Paul and let him to ashore to visit with friends so they could provide for his needs." Acts 27:3 NLT

Paul and his friends did not gather for the sake of catching up, reminiscing. eating or sharing the latest gossip.

They gathered in an effort to provide for a friend's needs.

Could that be what we are lacking in our relationships?

Maybe I need to be more intently looking for ways to lift a burden, come alongside or walk with a friend?

To take on their prayer requests, to carry their needs to the Cross, to lighten their load?

To provide for their needs.
