SERVE, FEAR, OBEY, LISTEN & CLING

Today's reading: Deuteronomy 13-15

"Serve only the Lord your God and fear Him alone. Obey His commands, listen to His voice and cling to Him." Deuteronomy 13:4 NLT

Too many folks believe Christianity is hard.

A very extensive set of rules to follow and an even longer list of 'do-nots'.

Honestly, instruction for our God walks can be summed up in this single, solitary verse.

Serve. Fear. Obey. Listen. Cling.

Verbs that give us purpose, peace, instruction, hope and safety.

Tasks that are doable in momentary, individual choice after choice.

Life changing instructions from the God who believes we can do just what He asks of us.
