OUR HOPE
Today's reading:  Psalm 102-104

"Let this be recorded for future generations, so that a nation yet to be created will praise The Lord."  Psalm 102:18NLT

There's hope yet for the USA.

This psalm points to the fact that even it's writer knew his community and his generation would not be all there was.

And here we are, in the year of our Lord 2013, needing to be reminded of our purpose and His majesty.

A country where the indiscretions of a young, musically talented girl are discussed more than the goodness of our Lord.  Where politicians are held in higher esteem than preachers of the Word.  Where godliness and dependence on our Creator are considered dependency issues to be laughed at.  Where God's laws are shirked.

Are we the nation the psalmist was hoping to remind?
