REFUSED TO LISTEN

Today's reading: Galatians 1-3

"...They wanted to force us, like slaves, to follow their Jewish regulations. But we refused to listen to them for a single moment..." Galatians 2:4-5 NLT

I read that portion of Scripture over a few times--just to make sure I read it correctly.

Some church folks were hounding Paul, as to how he was living for the Lord--Paul! Paul?

They were questioning his Christian walk. Critiquing his religious integrity. 

Paul, of all people!

What did Paul do?

He refused to listen to them.

He knew his heart and life were right with the Lord, so he refused to listen to them.

He just, refused to listen to them.

What an example for me to follow.
