Sometimes you just need reminded of who you are.
Today's verse does that for me.
Yes, Boaz was talking to Ruth...
Yes, it is a commentary from thousands of years ago...
Yes, I am merely listening in on a conversation...
But, God, in His loving and kind ways, spoke to me through the words.
Don't worry about a thing, my daughter, I will do what is necessary.
I needed to hear that. To be re-set with those words. To be set straight on my part--and His part. To be corrected as to who I am, and who I am not.
My Daddy says He will take care of it.
