YOU CAN BE SURE
Today's reading: Exodus 1-4
"Then the Lord told him, You can be sure I have seen the misery of my people in Egypt..." Exodus 3:7 NLT
Out in the middle of nowhere.
On the side of a mountain.
With nothing but wilderness on all sides.
There stood Moses--and a burning, but not burning bush--and God.
An all-knowing God.
One who was very much aware of the suffering and mistreatment of His people.
One who knew the heartache Moses had for his fellow man.
One who already had a plan in place for a Deliverer to come and rescue them all.
And He sees your predicament, too.
He knows all about your hurt.
Your disappointment.
Your heartache.
In the middle of the lesson of love, grace and mercy He is letting you learn about Him, He is allowing His plan to play out for Him to receive all the glory.
You can be sure.
Very sure!
