ANOTHER REASON TO PRAISE HIM
Today's reading:  Ezra 1-5

"With praise and thanks they sang this song to the Lord:  He is so good!  His faithful love for Israel endures forever!  Then all the people gave a great shout, praising the Lord because the foundation of the Lord's Temple had been laid."  Ezra 3:11 NLT

Because a foundation for our beliefs has been established we can praise God!

Because the tomb is empty we can praise God!

Because even with a remnant of believers He chooses to change the world!

Our churches may not be as full as we'd like, our government may not be based on morality or godliness like we hope it would, our Christian men and women may not be standing up and changing the world as we are called to do...

...but God still deserves praise because a foundation for Christianity has been set in stone.
