NO LONGER
Today's reading: Jeremiah 12-16

"So the Lord replies to his people, You love to wander far from me and do not follow in my paths. Now I will no longer accept you as my people. I will remember all your wickedness and will punish you for your sins." Jeremiah 14:10 NLT

But God is love, you offer as a rebuttal.

He would never turn His back on us completely.

It's His 'job' to love us as we are and always take us back.

Really?

What if today we took a step too far in the direction of our idols?

What if the path we chose completely sidetracked us?

What if our decisions today are so monumental that generations are touched by them?

What if the spiritual adultery we participate in today is the first 'taste' of an addiction?

Wander if you want to. Refuse to follow His lead. Do all the wickedness you can...but it will be at your own risk.
