SLAVE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

Today's reading: Romans 5-6

"...Now you must choose to be slaves of righteousness so that you will become holy." Romans 6:19 NLT

I'm thinking this morning about what my life would look like if I were to choose to become a slave to righteousness...

I believe I would see more discipline in my speech, my activities, my rest (yes, that's important) and my attention to godly details in my life.

I think I would be touching more lives than what I am currently doing. 

I know I would be thinking a whole lot less about me than I usually do.

I also think I'd be spending a lot more time listening for God's voice than spilling my thoughts on His shoulder.
