PERSONALLY GOING WITH US
Today's reading: Exodus 33-36
"Please, if this is really so, show me your intentions so I will understand you more fully and do exactly what you want me to do. Besides, don't forget that this nation is your very own people. And the Lord replied, I will personally go with you, Moses. I will give you rest--everything will be fine for you." Exodus 33:13-14 NLT
We are really no different from Moses.
-We have been given a monumental task.
-We have been selected to do what only we can do.
-We have been asked to work with some pretty imperfect folks.
-We are expected to obey God fully.
-We have limitations and we lack abilities.
-We wholeheartedly want all God has set aside for us.
-We want the entire plan laid out in front of us. Every detail. Every 15 minute time block. Every bit of information available.
But God told Moses--and He is telling us today--I'm going with you, that's all you need to know.
