REMINDED
Today's reading: Job 9-10

"His great works are too marvelous to understand. He performs miracles without number. Yet when he comes near, I cannot see him. When he moves on, I do not see him go." Job 9:10-11 NLT

I needed reminded today of God's greatness.

I'll lay it out here: there are a few requests I've made of Him that are going un-touched. Unchanged. Unnoticed. Unanswered.

And, well, I tend to forget that while my prayers go rambling on, He is still mighty, His ways are still marvelous, His miracles abound--whether I see them or not!

When I'm in a 'stew' of this sort, I fail to notice His presence...His awesome, mighty, holy presence.

How can that be when I breathe His air? Depend upon Him for a heartbeat? Am surrounded by His creativity--in nature and in others?

I needed to be reminded. Maybe, just maybe, you did too.
