HE HEARS
Today's reading: 2 Samuel 20-22

"...He heard from his sanctuary; my cry reached his ears." 2 Samuel 22:7 NLT

Maybe during this 'shelter at home' time you are feeling a little cut off from the world.

You're possibly missing family and friends.

The Zoom and Facetime meetings with your small group from church just don't cut it.

Your pre-recorded and internet streamed worship services are great but just not the same.

You are feeling far from the people and places you love.

Feeling distant.

Maybe, just maybe, God's feeling a long way off, too.

Thousands of miles away in His heavenly realm, oblivious to all that's going on in this virus-ridden world.

Do not fear--God hears our prayers, Christian brothers and sisters!

Our cries for help, our prayers for needs, our whispers of thanks and our praises reach His ears each and every time we speak them!

So keep talking to Him.

Keep praying.

Keep conversing with the One who governs the universe and holds your heart in His hand!
