BE CAREFUL

Today's reading: Hebrews 1-4

"Be careful then, dear brothers and sisters. Make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning you away from the living God." Hebrews 3:12 NLT

Are you a fruit inspector?

No, I don't mean when you meander through the produce aisles at the grocery store.

I mean in regards to people.

To others.

To those who say they are Christians.

Do you always watch for their 'fruit' to be shown? For God to show up in their words and actions?

If you are, and I'm sure you've noticed--people will sin.

They will disappoint you. Hurt you. Let you down.

Just so you know--this role of fruit inspector isn't one of God's ordained gifts.

It's a man-made occupation. A past-time of sorts.

Anything in regards to fruit inspecting, I believe, God intended for us to do in front of the mirror.
