ACCEPTABLE
Today's reading: 1 Corinthians 1-2

"...He is the one who made us acceptable to God..." 1 Corinthians 1:30 NLT

We can stand before God's throne, if we're His, and speak to Him as a child speaks to its parent.

Boldly.

Honestly.

Unashamedly.

At any time.

In regards to any thing at all.

And it's possible because he made us acceptable, worthy to stand before the throne.

Nothing we did on our own. Not because of anything we've accomplished. Not based on the premise of our abilities or behavior.

He made us acceptable. His Son's blood has cleaned us up, covered our rags and has dressed us in garments worthy of an audience with the King of Kings.
