JUST THAT SIMPLE
Today's reading:  Romans 3-4

"There is only one God, and there is only one way of being accepted by him.  He makes people right with himself only by faith, whether they are Jews or Gentiles."  Romans 3:30 NLT

The way to God is simple.

Accept the fact that you're a sinner and are in need of forgiveness.

Believe Christ died on the cross for your sins--and rose again on the third day.

Confess with your mouth, so the world can hear, that Jesus has forgiven you and is now your Savior and Lord.

Why do we complicate it?  Why do we attempt to insert additional steps or require certain rituals of tradition, not of Biblical scope?

God loves us simply.  God calls us to make a simple choice to follow Him.  God's way is only one way!
