WHAT ARE YOU IN IT FOR?

Today's reading: Job 1-2

"But take away everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face!" Job 1:11 NLT

If the Accuser were to talk to the Lord today about you, would he be able to say the same thing?

There are storehouses of blessing that come with serving the Lord.

There are instances of God's hand of protection keeping us safe from harm.

There are answers to prayer that bless our socks off.

But if we had none of those things? If salvation through Jesus's blood were the only thing we were ever given by God, would we still serve Him?

If the showers of blessings were to dry up, would He still hear our praise?

If bad times, heartaches and stormy nights came our way, would we still have reason to thank HIm?
