SOUND THE ALARM
Today's reading: Ezekiel 31-36
"...When I bring an army against a country, the people of that land choose a watchman. When the watchman sees the enemy coming, he blows the alarm to warn the people." Ezekiel 33:2-3 NLT
It's time we sound an alarm, believing brothers and sisters!
It's not up to a presidential candidate to proclaim the problem.
It's not up to a political party to issue a statement.
It's not up to a lobby group to pepper the airways with ads.
It's up to God's people to lovingly let people know that the current path we're on is leading our nation into the pits of hell.
Laws that okay murder. Allowances that let young children determine which gender they 'feel' they are. Exemptions on one man/one woman marriages. Governmental placement, and provision, for illegal aliens.
How could any of those choices lead anywhere but downhill?
Let's be the watchmen God wants us to be.
Let's read our Bibles and share what we find in its pages.
Let's listen to our pastors and restate God's message.
Let's share the Gospel--the Truth--the Way.
Let's warn the people.
