FILLED WITH FRUIT
Today's reading: Philippians 1-2

"May you always be filled with the fruit of your salvation--those good things that are produced in your life by Jesus Christ--for this will bring much glory and praise to God." Philippians 1:11 NLT

Our blackberry brambles are loaded with fruit.

Canning jars are packed with fruit to the top ring and capped off.

Pie crusts are filled with fruit, crimped and baked to perfection.

What about us?

Are we so filled with the fruit of our salvation that it touches every one we meet, influences everything we do, directs our every choice?

My Bible commentary says, "The 'fruit of your salvation' includes all the character traits flowing from a right relationship with God."

Am I like Jesus?

Are you like Jesus?

Ar we like Jesus?
