WHAT HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN?

Today's reading: 1 Samuel 11-15

"But the people soon forgot about the Lord their God, so he let them be conquered by Sisera, the general of Hazor's army, and by the Philistines and the king of Moab." 1 Samuel 12:9 NLT

How are things going for you?

Honestly.

How are things?

Are you victorious and joy-filled? Are you standing tall against your enemy? Are you growing by leaps and bounds in your walk with the Lord?

That's His plan for you. That's what God desires you do.

But if you aren't?

If you are feeling defeated, deflated, discouraged and dismal--might it be that you have forgotten the Lord your God?

Has His place in your life slipped down into a less-than-important priority?

Are the enemies around you, behind you and in front of you conquering you on a daily basis?

One symptom of God having lost His rightful place in our lives is the feeling of our enemy having the upper hand!

Remember Him.

Remember who the Lord is.

Recall all He has promised to you.

Recollect all He has done.
