LEAVE ME ALONE

Oh, Job...

I cannot imagine your hurt.

Your grief.

Your pain.

Your emotions.

To have had it all, and lost it. 

I cannot begin to commiserate with your loss.

In all I've read that you said...

This single question leaves me most baffled.

What made you ask it?

What made you mutter the words?

What hurt spoke on your behalf when you made this statement?

Because you know He won't--leave you alone.

You know He can't--it's not in His character.

You know He shouldn't--we're not capable of doing this life on our own.

You know He won't--we're His prized possessions.

I'm glad, and I'm ever so sure you are, too, God didn't choose to leave you alone to finish out the chapters in your story.
