REST

Today's reading: Exodus 21-24

"Work for six days, and rest on the seventh. This will give your ox and your donkey a chance to rest. It will also allow the people of your household, including your slaves and visitors, to be refreshed." Exodus 23:12 NLT

Do you have the Monday blahs? Dreading the workweek? Have the arguments and debates already begun between you and your household--and it's only 6:00am?

I'm going to ask one thing of you--did you use Sunday to worship the Lord, to rest up, to allow yourselves to be refreshed?

Being that it's in the Bible, there has to be something to it.

If we were to begin using Sunday's as God intended, I cannot help but believe it would make a huge difference in the rest of our week.
