CHOSEN
Today's reading: Colossians 1-2

"This letter is from Paul, chosen by God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus..." Colossians 1:1 NLT

I think it's vitally important that we remember that we are chosen by God to be where we are, doing what we are doing, ministering to whom we are called to minister to--

I am chosen to be a wife. A mom. An across-the-field daughter. A friend. A Sunday School teacher. A grain farm bookkeeper. A neighbor. 

But most importantly, we are called to be His.

His child.

His redeemed beloved.

His bought at a price masterpiece.

So, in case you have gotten up today with the ho-hums, a case of the don't-care's, or are suffering through a season of the not-sure-of-my-calling...know this, you are chosen to be His!
