BECAUSE OF WHO YOU ARE

Today's reading: Jeremiah 12-16

"For the sake of your own name, Lord, do not abandon us..." Jeremiah 14:21 NLT

God, stay with us.

Not because of any good in us.

Not because there is any saint among us.

Not because we warrant any reward or blessing.

Not because You see in hope within our hearts.

But all because of of Who You are.

Because of all that You have promised.

Keeping in mind the sake of Your own name.
