HE WILL PROVIDE
Today's reading: Leviticus 24-25

"But you might ask, What will we eat during the seventh year, since we are not allowed to plant or harvest crops that year? The answer is, I will order my blessing for you in the sixth year, so the land will produce a bumper crop, enough to support you for three years." Leviticus 25:20-21 NLT

God had just given Moses instruction regarding the seventh, or fallow year, year. and He knew the people would have questions.

They were not unlike us. Not unlike us at all.

How? Why? When? How much?

God knew they would want some insight in regards to this leap of faith He was expecting them to take.

His answer: I will provide.

His answer remains for us: I will provide.

He doesn't explain how He will do it. He doesn't provide us with a flowchart of the when's and amounts He will provide. He doesn't even give us a pencil-written plan for our perusal and allow us to make any amendments we think are needed.

He just provides.

When we trust Him, He will provide.

Or in His words... He will order His blessings for us.
