ETERNITY
Today's reading: Ecclesiastes 1-3

"God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end." Ecclesiastes 3:11 NLT

Eternity-infinite time.

I can grasp the concept of a minute.

Of an hour, too.

I can even understand what a day is.

But eternity?

There isn't a planner printed that's big enough for eternity!

I cannot fathom eternity.

I cannot imagine living forever.

I cannot wrap my head around the idea of from now on.

But as a child of God...

As one who has accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior...

As a follower of Christ...

I need to, because He has planted it in my heart.

As a ray of hope.

As a prize I have won.

As a reward for enduring this world.

As a gift given to His loved ones.
