THINGS HAVE CHANGED
Today's reading: Leviticus 16-18
"As Aaron enters the Tabernacle, he must take off the linen garments he wore when he entered the Most Holy Place, and he must leave the garments there." Leviticus 16:23 NLT
Just another fact pointing to how things have changed since Jesus came, died and rose again!
If you and I choose to 'take off' what we wore to church yesterday, we're doing the world a huge dis-service and not fulfilling His commission.
If mercy got on you at church yesterday, wear it to work.
If you were showered with love as you heard God's Word preached, shower it on another today.
If you fell in to forgiveness while in the Lord's house, let it show in how you deal with others today.
If peace settled over your heart while worshiping, don't brush it off and put on your heavy garments of discontent this morning.
Don't be hanging up your 'church clothes' until next Sunday...that's what they used to do.
