WITH HIM
Today's reading: Psalm 75-77

"When the Red Sea saw you, O God, its waters looked and trembled! The sea quaked at its very depths." Psalm 77:16 NLT

Maybe you need the same reminder I need today: our enemy is afraid of our God!

There are no if's, and's or but's about it--satan knows in God's presence he is defeated, deflated, defrauded and defrocked.

It's you and I that tend to forget it.

We allow satan to rise up in our hearts, tear down all we've allowed to be built up and ruin our faith, sometimes with something as simple as a passing thought.

We give him enough rope to tie us up, lead us around and trip us with every step.

But we forget satan is afraid of our Defender.

We have to remember that. We have to live in that truth. We have to believe what we know to be true enough that it changes our lives, our thoughts, our actions and our worries and our fears.
