BEING USEFUL
Today's reading: Philemon

"Onesimus hasn't been of much use to you in the past, but now he is useful to both of us." Philemon verse 11 NLT

Today in your church service you may see or meet an Onesimus.

Someone the church deems unfit for the Kingdom.

Someone whose lifestyle reeks of the world and its influences.

Someone who doesn't know the etiquette or protocol of God's house.

Someone whose reputation precedes them in your community.

Onesimus was just that sort of fellow.

Was.

And if you pause long enough to look into the eyes of that 'new to your church' person, you'll see potential in their eyes, too.

God can do amazing things in a person's life--you are testimony to that, aren't you?
