WHOSE TRADITIONS
Today's reading:  Matthew 14-16

"Why do your disciples disobey our age-old traditions? they demanded. They ignore our tradition of ceremonial hand washing before they eat." Matthew 15:2 NLT

I'm going to be on the look-out tomorrow in church for the traditions of man and the traditions of God.

I'm going to be self-exploring my own motives as I walk through the postures of worship with my brothers and sisters in Christ.

I'm going to step into service wide-eyed as to what I've made it--and what He has always wanted it to be.

I don't want it to be about 'our' traditions, but about God.
