LITTLE ONES
Today's reading:  Matthew 17-19

"Beware that you don't despise a single one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels are always in the presence of my heavenly Father." Matthew 18:10 NLT

If you've worked around small children your mind immediately pictures a small tot for whom Jesus is referring.

The one that won't sit in their seats.

The one that won't listen.

The one that is harder to keep.

The one that doesn't seem to have working ears.

If you've worked around grown ups, you realize there is nothing different in their similarities!

As a Mom, I should remember that.  My big, man-sized 14 year-old is still my baby. I'm not sure how old, or how tall, he'll have to be before that changes.

So as you go out into the world today, hoping to share God's love--remember this:  Everyone is someone's little one!
