BITTER DAYS
Today's reading: Deuteronomy 4-6
"When those bitter days have come upon you far in the future, you will finally return to the Lord your God and listen to what he tells you. For the Lord your God is merciful--he will not abandon you or destroy you or forget the solemn covenant he made with your ancestors." Deuteronomy 4:30-31 NLT
What will it take for you to finally return to the Lord? Wholeheartedly? Without wavering? No doubting or fear involved?
Bitter days?
Suffering?
Tribulations of many kinds?
Dire straits?
Anguish?
Trouble?
Distress?
He will be waiting. He is merciful. He will let you choose what you want to experience in your life and step back until you choose the best He offers.
What are you in the middle of today? Bitter days or a renewed, refreshing, reviving relationship with God?
